Billing
How billing and payments work
SDSlab uses Paddle as its merchant of record for every paid subscription. When you subscribe, Paddle processes the transaction, handles global payment methods (card, PayPal, local wallets where available), and issues a compliant invoice for your organisation.
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars every month from the day you subscribe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your SDSlab account or from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipts — access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Taxes (VAT, GST, US sales tax where applicable) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location. Paddle remits those taxes to the relevant authorities on our behalf.

Is there a free tier?
The public SDSlab catalogues (SDGs, headline solutions and projects) are freely browsable without an account. The subscription unlocks extended AI reports and the full database.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing month, with no pro-rated charges or cancellation fees.
Do you offer annual or multi-seat plans?
The MVP ships with a single monthly plan. For institutional deployments (ministries, development banks, multi-country teams) contact us and we'll arrange a custom agreement outside of self-serve Paddle checkout.
Which payment methods are supported?
All payment methods supported by Paddle in your country, including major credit and debit cards and, where available, PayPal and local wallets.
