Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using SDSlab.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a government body, ministry, development bank, fund, company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

What SDSlab is
SDSlab is a global AI platform that helps governments, investors, development banks, funds and technology vendors coordinate around the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It combines curated data on countries, solutions, projects and financiers with AI reasoning to produce intelligence briefs and matchmaking recommendations.
The Platform is a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, engineering or policy advice, and nothing it produces constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to make any investment or policy decision.
3
Accounts and eligibility
Parts of the Platform — including extended AI reports and the full project, bank and investor databases — require a registered account and an active subscription. By creating an account you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during signup and keep it up to date.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
4
Subscriptions, pricing and payments
SDSlab offers a single paid subscription — "SDSlab Intelligence" — priced at USD 100 per month, billed monthly in advance. The subscription unlocks extended AI reports and full access to the database of projects, banks, funds and initiatives.
All paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy, which govern the payment transaction, invoicing and applicable tax collection.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your SDSlab account or the Paddle customer portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Applicable VAT, GST and sales taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location.
- We may change pricing or plan features from time to time; any change affecting your active subscription will take effect at the next renewal, and we will give you prior notice.
Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, sanctions regime or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its infrastructure, other users' accounts or any underlying system.
- Scrape, mass-download, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the SDSlab database, except where expressly permitted by the Platform's own export features.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute SDSlab content or AI-generated outputs as your own standalone product.
- Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
- Use the Platform to generate misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or deceptive content about countries, organisations or individuals.
6
Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, source code, curated datasets, branding and AI prompts are owned by SDSlab and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, SDSlab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your internal decision-making and policy work.
You retain ownership of any input you provide (for example, the specific country or SDG you select). You may use AI-generated intelligence briefs internally and share them with your stakeholders, provided you preserve any attribution to SDSlab.
7
AI-generated content
SDSlab uses large language models and other AI systems to generate country briefs, solution matches and funder recommendations. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. You are solely responsible for validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for policy, investment or operational decisions.
SDSlab does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, non-infringing or fit for any particular purpose.
8
Third-party data and services
The Platform integrates data from, and links to, third-party sources including UN agencies, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, development finance institutions and public project registries. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services or websites. The Platform also relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including but not limited to Railway (hosting), Authorizer (authentication), Paddle (billing) and AI model providers. Your use of the Platform is subject to the terms of those providers where applicable.
9
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDSlab disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Nothing on SDSlab constitutes investment, tax, legal, engineering or policy advice. Use of AI-generated briefs, solution recommendations and investor matches is at your own risk.
10
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDSlab and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
SDSlab's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid SDSlab in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
11
Termination
You may stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your account creates a security or abuse risk. Upon termination, your right to access paid features ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
12
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email to account holders before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SDSlab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence apply.
